Eva won't be the baby of our extended family for long! Bill's older sister L is due with her second in September. The fact that she's his older sister has made him consider that we could wait a year or too before we try for number 2.

You would say so if I posted a picture. Which I will, someday. But for now I am using a library computer, as I can't get my butt, the baby, the computer and the laptop to Placid to wireless internet. So no pictures yet.

She's gorgeous at three weeks. After 48 hours of labor Eva Louise made her appearance at 2:01am on January 12th. 9lbs 3/4oz. 23 inches. She's long.

She's also sick now, with a cold. She may have a virus, so we get to treat her with the nebulizer. We also get to listen to her cough. Which started as scary and now is just plain cute.

Her Grandma was here for 2 weeks and now Grams has arrived. Grampie and Suzy will be here on the 13th.

And we are in love.
